HOW TO SCHEDULE AN INSPECTION 


          1.  Please feel free to check "My Qualifications" "Sample Report",
               "Fee Schedule", "Customer Satisfaction", "Inspection
               Agreement" and anything else you choose - to see if you wish
               to use my services.

          2.  If you do, please give me a call at 907-789-1920 for my next
               available inspection date.

          3.  If I am not available when you need me, you may look for other
               inspectors at the "Juneau Home Inspectors Website".

          4.  If I am available and you wish to schedule an inspection, please
               fill out my "Request an Inspection" form so that I can reserve
               an inspection date, I will  know how to contact you and I will have
               other information such as where the property is located.

          5.  If you are from a community other than Juneau, please print and fill
               out my "Inspection Agreement" form which must be signed and
               mailed or faxed to me prior to my leaving Juneau. 

               If you are from Juneau and are going to attend the inspection, I will
               bring a copy of the agreement form to the inspection for your
               signature. 

               If you will not be at the inspection, please print, fill out, sign and mail
               or fax the inspection agreement form to me so that I receive it prior
               to the inspection time.  By State law, I am not allowed to do a
               Home Inspection without an Inspection Agreement.


         Then what happens?

          After the inspection, within a few days, you can download the
          inspection report from this website under "View Client Reports"
          using a password that I will assign you.  If necessary, I can also
          deliver a printed copy of the report.  You will receive an email
          alerting you to its availability and the password. 

          You will receive an invoice by email which will be due within 30
          days and can be paid with a credit card on this website using
          PayPal or by check. which can be mailed or delivered to me. 
          At the same time, you will receive a copy of the fully signed
          agreement form if you do not already have one.

          My services extend beyond the report delivery.  If you ever have
          questions about the report, the condition of the home at the time of
          the inspection or would like my opinion concerning your course of
          action on issues contained in the report, please feel free to contact
          me.  This service is limited only by my schedule of current work and
          the scope of our agreement.
